At Nikko Industries, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the barcode is clearly visible to avoid processing delays.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
